• Avoid water contact with the metal components.
• The clay products are very durable, but breakable if you are not careful. 
• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Avoid storing with heavy or sharp objects to prevent damage to the clay. 
• Avoid exposure to chemicals.
• Do use a damp cloth or cotton buds to clean off the dust. 

We do not accept refund/cancellation/exchange once the order has been paid. However, if your purchase received is damaged, please come to us within 3 days of package received/delivered. 

While return/exchange is not accepted, repairs/replacements are decided on a case to case basis as all items are handmade and limited. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
